from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST & 6:00 am to 2:00 pm PST, excluding
national holidays. We are also available to you 24 hours a day

How long does it take for
ez Cigar Shop to process an order?
- First
it will take ez Cigar Shop less than 24 hours to confirm an
order.
After order confirmation:
If the purchased item(s) are In Stock, it will take ez Cigar Shop
approximately 24 to 48 hours to locate, package, and ship
your order.
If the purchased item(s) are NOT In Stock, then the order will
be packaged and shipped in the first 12 hours after ez Cigar
Shop receives the Out Of Stock Item(s) form our Distributors
/ Wholesalers. Every ez Cigar Shop customer will receive emails
updating them on the status of their orders. If at any time
the customer does not feel comfortable waiting on our Distributors
/ Wholesalers, Cigars 4 All will gladly offer the customer a
substitution for any other item(s) in our Online Cigar Shop
at a comparable price. If the substitution does not satisfy
the customer, then ez Cigar Shop will give the customer a full
REFUND.
How long does it take for an order to complete the shipping process?
- The
shipping can take from 3-12 days, depending if the order is
domestic or international. For most domestic orders, we use
United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or FedEX, and they
can take from 3 to 7 days (only the USPS ships on Saturday).
For International Orders, we use UPS, DHL, or FedEX, and they
can take from 4 to 12 days. If the customer would like us to
use the United States Postal Service, a surcharge will be applied.
Customers will receive a delivery confirmation number or a
tracking number with their order.
What is ez Cigar Shop Return Policy?
- ez
Cigar Shop has a strict two week Return Policy and $10.00 (ten
dollar) Restocking Fee for each item returned. We currently
have a 2 week limit on accepting returned item(s). This means
that the customer has exactly 14 calendar days to pay the Restocking
Fee and to return the purchased item(s), at the customer’s expense.
This 14 day period starts the very day the original order completed
shipment. All Returned Item(s) must contain its Unbroken Factory
Seal and must remain in its original plastic rapping to be accepted
as a qualified Return Item(s). If we receive a Returned item(s)
without the customer paying for the Restocking Fee, ‘ez Cigar
Shop’ will deduct the Fee from the original purchased price.
Does ez Cigar Shop issue Refunds?
- Refunds
are issued only if, ez Cigar Shop has yet to ship any item(s)
to the customer and if the customer will not be satisfied with
item(s) substitution. If the customer does not notify ez Cigar
Shop about the Refund Request before the item(s) are shipped,
then the customer will have to pay the $10.00 (ten dollar) Restocking
Fee.
Do you charge sales tax?

Cigar Shop is located in Miami, Florida. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all
orders shipped within Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are not subject to
sales tax.
Is every item posted on the website guaranteed in stock?
- Due to
the nature of the industry and the high demand for specific cigars, it is imposable for
any retailer or wholesaler to have every size form every cigar manufacture in stock at
the same time. We have been consistent in carrying over 95% of the items posted on the
website. Every item posted on the website, are items that are in stock or items that
will be in stock. We do our very best to stay up to date with discontinued cigars and
taking them off the website. Every item posted on the website are items that we have
the ability to acquire. Unfortunately, every item is not guaranteed in stock.
